We are looking for an Estates Assistant/Administrator to be part of our team delivering professional support and advice to our clients.

About AssetSphere

AssetSphere are independent rural planning and property consultants. We work with owners, occupiers, farmers, landowners, corporate and PLC companies, as well as the public sector to help them get the most from their property assets.

Established in 2000, we now have a small multi-skilled team covering estate management, utilities, environment, project management, architecture, planning and surveying.

We are committed to sustainability in the built and rural environment. We have a diverse client base and range of projects, working on commercial construction of warehousing, utility infrastructure, master planning for residential development sites, hotels and colleges, agri-environment and woodland schemes, carbon foot printing and nutrient offsetting, renewable energy projects, farm and estate diversification, planning consents, and architectural design.

The role

We are looking for an Estates Assistant/Administrator to be part of a team that delivers the professional support and advice to our clients.

The successful applicant with need to be solution orientated. They will be capable of working independently as well as with a wide range of stakeholders and partners such as landowners, farmers, tenants, members of the public, external consultants, and statutory bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support
  • Bookkeeping support
  • Liaising with statutory bodies, consultants, and clients
  • To undertake research
  • To provide excellent service
  • To maintain and improve relations with colleagues and third-party providers
  • To be organised and have the ability to deal with high volume workload

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Administration experience (Land/Estate Management would be a bonus but not essential)
  • Bookkeeping and accounts admin experience
  • Ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision, highly organised
  • Full Driving Licence
