AssetSphere has secured planning permission on a farm for five dwellings, both via the Class Q permitted development process and rural workers dwelling application. This has allowed for accommodation for staff and family members. The use of Class Q has provided consent quickly, responding to the farm businesses’ urgent requirement need for housing for staff on site. Prior to conversion, the buildings were pig pens.
