AssetSphere were instructed to submit a retrospective planning application for the change of use and construction of a large agricultural building used to stable horses and house indoor and outdoor horse walkers. AssetSphere were required to assist with the negotiation and agreement of planning conditions with the local council which included working with the client’s lawyer in respect of a section 106 agreement (s.106).
