AssetSphere were instructed by multiple neighbouring landowners to act on their behalf in respect of a major embankment stabilisation project in Wiltshire. AssetSphere were required to negotiate land sales, access licences and compensation payments that included amendments to BPS claims for the landowners in question.
This project also resulted in the negotiating of a new land drainage system for one landowner where land drains were severed as a result of the embankment works.
