AssetSphere were instructed to submit an application for an agricultural workers’ dwelling in Mendip on a greenfield site for a dairy farm. AssetSphere prepared the supporting statement and Agricultural Appraisal, and worked with an architectural partner and the client to agree a sympathetic design for a three-bedroom bungalow for the application.
