AssetSphere were instructed to submit a Class R permitted development application for change of use of 500 square metres to B8 storage use. Having established the principle on the site, a further full planning application was submitted for the remaining part of the building which could not be included initially due to permitted development restrictions.

AssetSphere were also instructed to negotiate the Heads of Terms for a commercial letting to utilise the recent planning permission.
