AssetSphere were instructed to submit a full planning application on a rural estate to the local council for a 5000sqm agricultural storage building within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). AssetSphere were required to liaise closely with the Planning Officer and organisations such as Natural England and Historic England, and also responded in detail to the local AONB in order to secure consent.
