In 2020, AssetSphere secured planning permission for a 5000sqm agricultural storage building near Wimborne St Giles, on a site located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

The groundworks commenced in July 2020, further to the contract being awarded to Mark Farwell. By September, good progress had been made, with the cut and fill and all of the column bases complete, and 75% of the foundations finished. The site was Covid-19 compliant, with hand sanitisers present and social distance maintained where possible.

The steel frames were erected in the autumn, and the project was completed in January 2021.
