AssetSphere were instructed by a landowner to negotiate and prepare Heads of Terms for a 7MW gas generation plant to generate electricity at times of peak demand. AssetSphere were required to also assess the potential impact of the generation site in respect of future development potential of an adjacent site and agree mitigation measures to limit the impact.
