AssetSphere were instructed to submit third-party planning representations for a residential-development planning application opposite the client’s property for a substantial number of properties.
The application failed to meet a number of material considerations. AssetSphere outlined the areas which did not address local and national planning policy which contributed to the refusal of the planning application.
