AssetSphere with sister company PlanningSphere have promoted agricultural land at Queen Camel, working closely with the Neighbourhood Plan process. An outline application for 43 dwellings with allotments, provision of additional recreation land, and Roman Villa interpretation area was submitted to South Somerset DC in September 2019. A resolution to grant permission subject to the s.106 agreement was confirmed and AssetSphereare negotiating the terms of the S.106 agreement.
