AssetSphere promoted the land for a residential development through the SHLAA process with South Somerset District Council. AssetSphere successfully negotiated an option agreement for the owners.
Redcliffe Homes submitted an outline planning application for 65 dwellings, a convenience store and community hub on the greenfield edge-of-village site. The outline planning permission was approved in 2019. A subsequent reserved matters application was submitted in 2019.
