AssetSphere negotiated the option agreement subject to planning of this 0.5 Ha commercial site, which formed part of the master planning of a wider mixed-use development.
AssetSphere’s sister company PlanningSphere secured planning in 2017 for a bespoke new factory of contemporary design for owner-occupation by Anthony Best Dynamics (ABD) as part of the Kingston Farm urban extension. The project was completed in 2018 and is now occupied as ABD’s headquarters. It has received a number of design awards.
