
AssetSphere have successfully obtained full planning permission for the replacement of an agricultural building with a new structure for B8 use, supporting the growth of a local small business.
The new plan includes ancillary Class E space for a workshop, designed to meet the client’s commercial needs with significantly improved thermal efficiency.
The new building will follow the original footprint but feature higher ridge and eaves heights. Careful planning ensured the design aligns with the existing structures on the site, with minimal landscape impact due to natural screening.
The project also addressed parking revisions and highway safety, all of which were approved without further requests from the Council.
