We were instructed to prepare and manage a Class Q application to convert an existing agricultural building to a single 2-bedroom dwelling on a site in Somerset.

As part of our holistic service, we were able to prepare the existing and proposed drawings, which clearly and effectively illustrated the proposal. These were submitted alongside a clear and concise supporting planning statement.

We sought to retain as much of the existing building fabric as possible to ensure the proposal remained in compliance with the Class Q permitted development criteria.

Our approach was successful and Class Q Prior Approval has been granted.
