AssetSphere were instructed to act on behalf of a farming client in respect of a new water discharge pipeline across permanent pasture in Wiltshire being laid under statutory powers. AssetSphere were required to liaise with the water company to advise on matters such as maintaining access to severed farmland, land drains, hedge removal, underground water pipes and to agree reinstatement and compensation for losses. In addition to this AssetSphere negotiated the Riparian discharge rights on behalf of the landowner.
