AssetSphere were instructed to provide ongoing estate management advice, including the drafting of grazing licences, registration and submission to the Rural Payments Agency for the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS). We are also assisting with and the application of grant funding, such as Countryside Stewardship and Woodland Creation Grants. A complete estate strategy review was also undertaken to consider strategic planning opportunities.
